    Description

    Here is a specimen of a "Painted Lady" opal from the Andamooka region of Australia. It's a very nice specimen showing a thin stripe of blue opal with a lot of fire, on matrix. The bottom of the matrix is covered with felt. Entire piece including matrix weighs 1345 grams. Natural. Has natural cracks in the opal but the color is excellent.
