All of my rocks are found along the shores of Lake Superior in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where Yooperlites were discovered.

I pick only the highest quality “YOOPERLITES”
I use a 365Nm Convoy Ultra Violet Flashlight with filter to activate the fluorescence of the rocks. I highly recommend the use of the same or similar UV light for similar results. If you have a 395nm UV light do not expect your rocks to fluoresce at the same quality as a 365nm.
The stones were DRY for all of the photos. Wet or polished / mineral oiled stones may appear brighter and more gem like.
