    Description

    A porcelain Arita charger with a scalloped edge, impressed maker's mark, Japan, mid 20th century, the centre decorated with red crested cranes and pine trees issuing from rocks, a spliced border of roundels phoenix and floral motifs in blue, red, green, yellow and gold highlights, the reverse with isolated abstract motifs within a border, -, diameter 16”.
