vintage Andrea by Sadek 6.5" plate flowers/butterfly/stylized dragons 8721 Japan

Description

Here is a vintage, Made in Japan, number 8721, Andrea by Sadek, 6.5" square display plate with a flowering shrub, a butterfly, and a blue/white border of stylized dragons and flowers. Unfortunately, I am not up enough on my Japanese iconography to identify the shrub and flowers. This plate is in excellent condition - no chips anywhere. NOTE that the plate rocks a tiny bit when it is set down on the table, I expect because it was made to be placed in a display holder. Weighs over 13 ounces. Good looking plate.
