BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION
:
Over 4,400 hundred books (mostly rare and hard to find) for sale which is our entire ebay inventory plus buyer will receive an additional bonus of 300-400 books that aren’t currently listed on ebay.
The dollar amount of the ebay items listed have a total fixed price of around 0,712.16 (running inventory). The owner’s are retiring and liquidating the entire inventory.
We have been on ebay.com for over 17+ years.
All the books in ebay under our store are for sale at one price.
Also, we will no longer need the the user id upon completion of the sale.
But, we think it’s against ebay’s policy to sell or transfer the user id without ebay’s consent.
We will seek permission from ebay to include the user id (we have no timeframe on the process, but will send a request letter to their legal department with a possible decline being figured into the current asking price).
The user id currently has around 3,000 feedbacks with a 100% rating (at the time of this listing).
We have had only 2 negative feedbacks (both for out of stock items) in the last 17+ years.
*Also, we will throw in another bonus of the name viewfair.com.
Buyer will receive the name viewfair.com and have full access to the goodwill of the name.
*Also, we will give the buyer a Homebase inventory file of all the books.

*300-400 bonus books not listed in ebay
*The ebay user id with a rating of feedback around 3,000 and a rating of 100% positive upon ebay’s consent (a decline is already figured into asking price)
*A file with a descriptions of all the books would be provided through a file generated out of Homebase (book) software.
Buyer will get the ownership of the file and all the descriptions listed with the books
* A file with all the photographs of the books would be generated.
Buyer will retain ownership of all the photographs
* The name viewfair.com would become the property of the buyer, and this would include any related websites or domains bearing the name viewfair.com
