    I do not know much about this product, so please be sure you know what you are buying.
    The toot brush, charging dock/plug, and brush heads are still sealed in the plastic clam shell and have not been opened.
    The instruction booklet is in nice condition. The original box that it comes in, has some very minor edge wear from it being in storage. Obviously, the original white outer box is not sealed as photos of the contents are shown. It is advertised as never opened, as the clam shell with the brush and parts has never been opened.
    As it has never been opened, I would assume it works as it should, but I can not guarantee that. Read more on returns below on this item.
    I am unsure of the age, but at the bottom of the red sticker at the box, it reads 2011.
    -Demo Staff Version: I have no idea what the difference is versus other ones.
    -All the photos are of the actual one you are buying, so please view all 12 photos closely for condition and what is included.
    -Shipping is included in the purchase price.
    -Returns: I am not accepting returns on this item for a few reasons.
    If the item is opened from its original packaging, it loses its value as to some people this version is harder to find in the demo version. This is why I am not guaranteeing it works, although it is factory sealed and should. Also, I described it the best I can not knowing anything about the toothbrush and have provided lots of photos. If you have questions on the item and /or want more photos just ask prior to purchase.
