    Antique Vintage The Stork Club Bar Book. By Lucius Beebe. Rinehart & Co., New York/Toronto, 1946. 136 pp. Striking front cover design on the book and dustjacket by famous Artist/Designer Paul Rand.
    Recipes for Cocktails from the famous New York nightspot. Good tight condition, the front cover design of the book is beautiful and bright; dj - slight surface wear, edge rubbing and some smallish tears; chip lower right front edge (piece is actually present, but folded); rubbing down at head and tail of spine of dj, with sides of dj rubbed, few tiny pinholes, mosty to dj spine, tears at the bottom sides of spine - 2" tear to right side and 1/4" tear to lower right side; underside of the dj some toning to paper, maily at edges. Very rare, collectible and decorative book related to the History of Food, Drink, Bars and Restaurants in America and NYC, and Art Deco and Mid Century Book Designers such as Paul Rand. SEE IMAGES!
