    Description

    UP FOR AUCTION IS THIS VERY BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE MID 18TH CENTRY IMARI IRONSTONE MULTI COLORED FLORAL, PEACOCK, ASIATIC PHEASANTS, PEONIES, FLOWER CARTS, LARGE JAPANESE IMARI BOWL IT MEASURES APPROX. 15" DIAM X 3" TALL. IT DOES HAVE SOME CRACKLE IN THE GLAZE AS WELL.  I AM TRYING TO DOWNSIZE TO DUE TO MY UPCOMING MOVE AND THIS WAS GIVEN TO MY GREAT GRANDMOTHER BACK IN THE EARLY 1900'S, BY A DESIGNER FRIEND, WHICH HIS TASTE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD, NOT TO MENTION A WORLD TRAVELER. , SO, i DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY HOW OLD THE PIECE IS, BUT SHE LOVED AND COLLECTED BEAUTIFUL ASIAN THEMED ITEMS AND HAD A GREAT EYE!!! NOT TO MENTION SHE WAS A ANTIQUE DEALER FOR AWILE, BUT SHE COULD NEVER PART WITH HER FINDS...i HAVE FOUND ONE SIMIULAR TO THIS ONE AND THEY WERE SELLNG FOR OVER ,000.00....PLEASE MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER.  IT IS A LARGE & HEAVY BOWL AS WELL, WEIGHS APPROX 4 LBS.(WITHOUT SHIPPING/PACKING MATERIAL) SO SHIPPING WILL BE A LITTLE HIGHER.
