The FlexTT5 is an autosensing transceiver. That means you can use it on your camera as a transmitter or connected to your flash as a receiver – or both! It can give you TTL communication between your compatible Nikon camera and flashes, as well as trigger other flashes manually. It uses radio signals instead of infrared so you can now place TTL or manual flashes anywhere to illuminate the scene: Around corners, out-of-sight, and in bright sunlight.
With FlexTT5s, you can sync your Nikon speedlights up to 1/8000 using High Speed Sync (HSS), plus adjust power to the remotes from your camera’s position in either manual or TTL, using a master controller like the
AC3 ZoneController
or a master flash. The FlexTT5s can sync at faster speeds with studio strobes using our patented HyperSync technology and are also compatible with any PocketWizard radio for triggering remote manual flashes or remote cameras.

AC3 ZoneController
The AC3 ZoneController is the gem of the ControlTL product line. It’s designed to work with your your on-camera MiniTT1 Transmitter or FlexTT5 / FlexTT6 Transceiver to instantly give you three independent zones of flash control.
Whether working in TTL or Manual mode, you can control your remote flashes directly from the camera position.

The
PocketWizard MiniTT1 Radio Slave Transmitter
is part of an ultra-versatile radio slave system, and is dedicated specifically to the Nikon i-TTL flash control system. It simply slides directly into the camera's hot shoe, and there are no special settings to make or modes to call up. Use the camera, on-camera flash, or flash commander controls for flash compensation, zone and ratio control. It supports single or multiple dedicated flash units.
The MiniTT1 is the ideal addition to any Nikon i-TTL flash system. It works in combination with the FlexTT5 Transceiver, and since this system works on digital radio technology, it can support i-TTL operation around corners, out-of-sight, or in bright sunlight.
