New and sealed.  Pretty floral design (front and back).
Approximate Size:  5" x 3" x (7/8" thickness)
The package is factory sealed, so I don't have the count of how many cards are inside.
The cards seem to be lined and are attached to a ring.  The ring can be opened and cards can be removed or rearranged.
Cards are kept in place with elastic.
