An upgraded take on the classic rolling pin, Novo is constructed of durable Nambe Alloy and Acacia Wood for long-lasting use. For true French style baking, this rolling pin features gently tapered ends, capped with gleaming Nambe Alloy. The shape of the rolling pin allows you to easily turn and pivot while rolling out dough. You get even pressure on both ends and incredible control, perfect for precise dough rolling. Hand wash as needed.
