Isolation Valve Kit & Filter
The proper Venting Materials for the venting of the CSA Gas Series are as followed.
In the manual for the GA14CSALP unit it is suggested that the venting pipe be AL 29-4C Stainless Steel, however, it also references Type B-Vent (doubled walled, galvanized metal outside, polished aluminum inside).
Check with your local hardware store. Here is a catalog to identify needed parts.
Another option is CPVC-Polypropylene venting material which is listed to ULC S636.
This unit requires 3" venting for the exhaust.
We do not carry the venting for these units, but most of your local hardware stores should carry the B-vent & or the CPVC-Polypropylene venting materials.
The Sediment Pre-Filter and Isolation Valve Kit images below are for visual reference only.
Not included with water heater and must be purchased separately.
These items are suggested only and not necessary for this unit to work properly.
It is recommended that an inexpensive pre-sediment filter be install for your Marey tankless water heater. This will help capture debris or particles that would interfere with the operation and longevity of your unit.
We suggest that you flush your Marey Tankless water heater at least once a year with white vinegar. There are numerous Youtube videos that demonstrate the procedure. By installing an isolation valve kit to your Marey tankless water heater this makes the process much simpler.

Returns Happen, We accept returns on units that are in their original unused and uninstalled condition
To help us expedite your return please follow these instructions:
Contact us in advance for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Follow the detailed return instructions that we provide to you, which include the RMA# and shipping address to the Marey Customer Service Center in Miami, Florida.
You will then receive your refund after a Marey service technician inspects the returned product and has issued a credit memo.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the 30 day return, plus all returns are subject to a restocking fee. Refunds will not be issued on products that have been broken or damaged by customer!
Product defects are covered by Marey's 5 year Limited Warranty as verified by the manufacturer.

Buyers must consult with a Marey Service Technician first prior to any return request and the unit deemed to have documented factory defect.
Units not functioning properly due to "customer set up" DO NOT qualify as a manufacturer's defect. Other non qualifying reasons Including but not limited to the following:
1. Unit not properly sized for desired application.
2. Unit not recommend for geographic location.
3. Customer power supply not suitable for installation of electric units.
4. Customer ordering wrong fuel type.
5. Customer water pressure or flow rate not consistent with minimum requirements for unit to function properly.
Buyer agrees that by entering into a transaction for this item to be bound by the terms of the above return policy and acknowledges that this is a legal and binding contract.
Buyers attempting to get around the return shipping by claiming "Item Not as Described or Defective" will be reported.
Returned units that have been damaged by buyer will be subject to restock fee or possible rejection of return claim.
