This is an OFFICIAL MAJOR LEAGUE (Selig) Baseball signed by 2000 AL Manager of the Year, former Tigers, Expos and Padres 2nd baseman and former White Sox and Mets manager JERRY MANUEL in black pen.  The signature rates an 8.5/10.  The ball itself is lightly toned and beautiful.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
