The EZ Ultra HE is our first condensing tankless water heater. By using the exhaust gases to preheat the incoming water, the EZ Ultra HE reaches efficiency upwards of 92%!
The EZ Ultra HE has the ability to vent vertically using 2" solid core schedule 40 PVC/CPVC or horizontally using the provided stainless steel exhaust. Also included is the back-draft prevention device designed to prevent cold air back-drafts from entering the unit.

Intelligent Computer Control System
– The built in CPU chip measures the volume, pressure, and
temperature of the incoming water while taking into account the desired outgoing water temperature and adjusts the unit to the correct parameters to ensure the desired temperature is reached.
• High Efficiency Condensing Technology
– Before the water is passed through the burn chamber it
runs through a heat exchanger that utilizes the exhaust fumes thermal energy, thus preheating the water before it enters the burn chamber which in turn operates at a lower BTU than tradition tankless
technology. The fan speed is also regulated according to the set temperature and volume of water being
used.
• Low Water Pressure Start-Up
– The EZ Ultra HE will fire at 0.6 GPM at a pressure as low as 3psi.
• Temperature Memory
– Upon startup, the unit will operate to the last set temperature used. If the unit
is powered off or unplugged it will remember the last temperature used so when power returns it’s still
set at your desired temperature.

The EZ Ultra HE is a self regulating water heater, meaning the unit automatically adjusts the burners according to the water flow to ensure the desired temperature is reached at your tap. For instance, the average sink tap runs about 1 gallon per minute while the average shower head runs about 1.7 - 2 gallons per minute. You'll often see tankless units that are manually adjusted being advertised as household water heaters. We do not recommend manually adjusted tankless units for home installations because they do not take into account the water flow being passed through them. This causes waste, inconsistent temperatures, and frustration. With the EZ Ultra HE you simply set the temperature on the screen and the unit does the rest of the work for you!
