Eternal GU100 Advanced Hybrid Water heater

Up for sale is a 6 year old (used) Eternal GU100 (100,000 BTU) condensing hybrid water heater + original user manual. This working unit was installed indoors in a climate controlled environment, and was pulled to upgrade. It was functioning and did not have any error codes prior to un-installing, however for the purposes of this listing/sale the unit is BEING SOLD AS & FOR “PARTS ONLY”.
A bit about the unit: The GU100 was purchased Brand New (Summer 2015) and was replaced on 08/20/2020 with a Rheem 200,000 BTU unit. The Eternal was a bit under powered for our 2.5 bath (1,700 sq. ft.) home so finally decided to upgrade. It has the retrofit water pressure switch (WPS) installed (see inside picture showing top of the tank). The overall physical condition of the unit is “8/10” and it has been maintained every 12-15 months. Having said that, the unit does have some water damage around the drain pipe area (can be seen in the inside pictures). The reason for the damage was a failed mixing valve, which was replaced in 2016, and it has not leaked since then. Anyone, familiar with this brand knows that the Eternals had an issue with the “water pressure switch” and “mixing valves”. Again, for the purposes of this listing/sale the unit BEING SOLD AS & FOR “PARTS ONLY”.
