This is an OFFICIAL AMERICAN LEAGUE (Budig) Baseball signed by former 1st Lady of the United States BARBARA BUSH in blue pen.  The signature rates a 9/10.  The ball itself is lightly toned and beautiful.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
