RESTOCKING FEE & SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping cost is not refundable and up to 20% restocking fee will be charged to any return not caused by our errors or product defects. If defective return came back and tested working then it will be treated as change-of-mind return and, therefore, restocking fee and original shipping will be DEDUCTED from the refund.

You have 3 choices: replacement, repair, or refund.  However, if we don’t have a replacement then we can only repair or issue refund for the item.

Customer must get return approval through Ebay Return Request process; otherwise, we will refuse it when it came back to us because it is not in the system.
