Description
This is an antique Japanese hand thrown and hand painted ceramic plate.It likely dates to the Taisho Era (c. 1920's)
and has a hand painted design of Mt Fuji with a lake and pine trees in the foreground
.
With exception to some signs of past use and artifacts from the firing process on the surface, this bowl remains in
fine antique
condition
and measures 7" in diameter by 1 1/4" tall (18 x 3 cm). You may be able to find matching plates listed on Sailerking or Japanpicker. Please let us know if you would like a second or third one of these.
